Public hearings will be conducted during the Board of Education meeting being held on
October 15, 2009 (meeting begins at 7:30 p.m.) regarding:
1. Flexibility provided by the State of California toutilize funding for categorical programs in Tier 3 for any educational purpose.
2. Sufficiency of textbooks and instructional materials for students of the Sunnyvale School District
