The mission of Lakewood Elementary School is to instill in our students high standards for academic achievement, integrity, leadership, and responsible citizenship.

  NO SCHOOL Wednesday November 11th, in honor of VETERANS DAY

**Conference Week is November 16 - 20.

ALL STUDENTS are dismissed at 11:20am each day.  

The regular schedule starts again on Monday and Tuesday November 23 & 24

Lakewood Elementary School is located in a beautiful and quiet residential section of northern Sunnyvale. Our community serves approximately 520 students from kindergarten through the fifth grade. The Lakewood Village community is unique in its strong historical committment to diversity and the continuing relationship with generations of families who have attended the school since it was built in 1956. All staff at Lakewood School share the committed belief that "all students can and will learn" and are dedicated to helping our students succeed. Students are aware of their academic goals and standards and work toward successfully meeting and/or exceeding those goals on a daily basis.
